ABOUT ME...
Hello and welcome! So my name is Kelsey Chaplin (yes, as in Charlie, and yes that was my Grandad's name) and to cut a long story short, I am a little obsessed with anything remotely "arty". You'll see from the above tabs in my menu bar exactly what I mean by "arty", I adore to draw, bake, paint, well basically to create in any way possible. I also have a bit of a (major) obsession with clothes, therefore have included a Fashion tab as well.
I'm thinking I should have done this ages ago yet have no idea where to start! So bare with me, whilst I try and figure this out.

As the card business carries on, so does the need for more materials and today marks the delivery of my business cards and greeting card stickers, something I am completely overexcited about. I decided to use the design I have used for this webpage and add it to both. I'm very excited to start giving out these cards to potential clients and also have them available at craft fairs for people to keep for future orders.

So recently I've made quite a lot of developments in terms of Seul Adore Creative. I now have an official Instagram, Facebook and Etsy page for Seul Adore and whats even more exciting is that I have also started making and creating my own Christmas cards, and so far have 10+ orders to process. Above I have displayed photos of the designs I am currently selling.
This is something I feel very excited about as I have been wanting to sell my own cards for years, but have never had the confidence. I'm hoping this will be a start of something great, and intend to carry on making these for as long as possible and for different occasions.

So today is the day, the first day of my website/blog. And to be honest with you, I don't really know what I'm doing, I mean, this kind of scares me. But my aim is to try and update you all as much as possible, and put weekly updates on this section of my website to inform you on what's happening and so on. I will also obviously be updating you on the Blog tab in my menu, but I'll save the more important for here, for now anyway, so

SO... WHAT IS SEUL ADORE CREATIVE?
I've always known I should create a blog/website, but was always stuck on what I should base it on. I knew I would have to base my blog on one of my passions, which are all the subjects in my menu tab, trouble is I couldn't choose which one to base it on, so I just decided to pretty much go for EVERYTHING I love. Although I've now tripled the amount of work I have to put into this, maybe even quadrupled, at least I don't have to focus on one area of interest.
I then thought I would need a name that would represent this creative work, so I decided to go for 'Seul Adore', meaning Love Alone in French (my all time favourite language). I chose this as it sounds like 'Cellar Door' the combination of words in the English language that are believed to be the most beautiful.
From this comes the title of my work, I hope you like it!
