Hadleigh Castle...

So I've finally decided to add something to the blog section of my website, and I thought I would start with some observational drawing I did earlier this month. One of my favourite all time locations, Hadleigh Castle. I must admit, observational drawing is something I don't do often, I tend to sit in my living room and draw random pictures of things I find pretty, mainly wildflowers. But I'm quite proud of this, and it has really inspired me to start doing more. I enjoyed just taking a stroll up the hill, on my own in the sun, with just a sketchbook, a pencil and some music.
